Understanding that losing weight requires commitment and determination is the first step on how to lose weight. There are no rule that fits all in losing weight so you have to be aware that it all depends on your health and lifestyle.  One option in losing weight is a low carb diet.

There may be a lot of pills that promise fast ways to lose weight but some of them may not be very safe to your health so it is better to just stick to one diet that is more safe and healthy.

Other than commitment and determination, a person desiring to lose weight should get help. Ask nutritionist or dietician for help on what should be your desired weight is and how you can achieve that.

When you start your plan to lose weight, make sure you set a realistic goal. Sure, you wont see drastic changes in a week or two however remember that a good weight loss should be slow and constant at the same time.

Lastly, when trying to lose weight, do not starve yourself to death. This is very unhealthy. And of course thefastest way to lose weight is to engage in a physical activity for 30 to an hour of work out to increase your metabolism.
